This Celtic cross pendant has been specially designed for the Sinn Féin Shop. Each piece has been individually crafted in Dublin. Its design is based on the Memorial to the Loughall Martyrs in Co Armagh. In May 1987 the British army (SAS) shot dead an eight man IRA active service unit in Loughall.

The writing reads: Oglaigh na hEireann - which is Irish for Irish Republican Army. The sunburst symbol at the bottom is based on the Flag of Oglaigh na hEireann.
