The book Belfast Graves was first compiled in 1984 by the National Grave Assocition Belfast to document and remember republicans from that city killed in the cause of Irish Freedom.
It also contains some never-seen-before images of republicans, IRA volunteers, IRA funerals and speaks in great detail about the lives of those dead men and women.
Review from Goodreads:
"It is a rare and hard to find book, as I couldn't even find it online to get a copy of the cover, but it has many pictures and tells many tells of those who died fighting. There is also quite a bit of great poetry in this book, so even if you're not Irish, or a Republican, you might appreciate the poems contained in this book. It also has quite a few historical accounts over the 'Throubles'. There is even an autobiography of an IRA member. It is an excellent read, but sure to stir emotions, as I couldn't keep a dry eye"
